Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. They will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. The Software Project Manager will also play a key role in managing and motivating the team, ensuring that they are working together effectively to achieve project goals.

What You Will Do At Snap Innovations?

• Plan, execute, and monitor software projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage and motivate project team members.
• Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and ensure scope alignment.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
• Document project processes and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira and Scrum.
