Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Providing an effective and accurate end to end support service to Recruiting Managers with reference to their specific recruitment drives.
Managing the employment documents and pre-onboarding procedures, including document preparation, pre-set-up working tools, and NEO onboarding, are accurate and on schedule.
Assessing employee needs through performance reviews and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement or intervention.
