We are seeking an experienced Asia Market Trader specializing in the KOSPI / Nikkei / China markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the respective market, exhibit strong technical and fundamental analytical skills, and proven track record of implementing successful trading strategies.
 
What You Will Do At Quant Matter? 

• Execute manual and automated trades across multiple asset classes. 
• Analyze market trends and economic data to identify trading opportunities. 
• Develop and implement trading strategies using both technical and fundamental analysis. 
• Build and optimize algorithmic trading models. 
• Risk Management to minimize risk 
• Collaborate with other traders and portfolio managers to optimize trading strategies 
• Contribute to the overall performance of the trading desk. 
• Stay up-to-date with market news and developments 
• Learn and adapt to new trading strategies as needed 

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have: 

• Bachelor's degree in any field.  
• 1-2 years of trading experience or fresh graduates with strong passion and want to grow from scratch. 
• Prior self-trading experience will be a plus.  
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies. 
• Experience in coding (Python and C++) and algorithmic trading is a plus.  
• Can do attitude  
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  
• Willingness to learn and grow.
