What You Will Do At Snap Innovations?
- Ensure all monthly postings and month-end tasks are completed accurately and the general ledger is fully compliant with IFRS.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and property tax, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to address and resolve outstanding issues on monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping system to streamline the preparation of financial and tax reports.
- Oversee all taxation-related matters.
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash monitoring, and monthly closing activities.
- Establish and enforce appropriate accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Enhance systems and procedures and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance Management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Experience min. 1 year working in a public accounting firm (KAP) will be an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Ms. Excel.
- Knowledge in accounting software Accurate / Quickbooks will be an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience in a company with a derivative account will be advantage
- Strong knowledge in blockchain, wallet development, exchange, trading, financial market will be a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Quick, fast learner, detailed and hard working
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English is a must and other languages will be an advantage.
