Main Responsibilities
Employment Conditions
- Ability to work in alignment with COO and CEO, following their style of work, and more importantly meeting deadlines and timeframe.
- Implement approved SOPs and operational procedures across Liga.Tennis clubs.
- Train and support Club Managers, receptionists, and other operational staff.
- Regularly visit clubs across Bali and check whether procedures are followed correctly.
- Identify operational gaps and prepare clear corrective actions.
- Track responsibilities, deadlines, and completion status.
- Follow up until agreed actions are fully completed.
- Support the Operational Director with projects, reporting, dashboards, CRM, data validation, and other operational priorities.
- Prepare concise weekly progress updates for the Operational Director and CEO.
- Organizational Development (OD) & SOP Enforcement: Driving 100% compliance of internal procedures across all Liga.Tennis clubs.
- On-Ground Inspection & Gap Identification: Hands-on auditing, visiting Bali clubs regularly, and fixing operational weaknesses.
- Frontline Team Training & Attestation: Training receptionists, Club -Managers, and staff, followed by periodic re-attestations.
- Execution & Accountability: Tracking corrective actions, verifying CRM/dashboard data, and meeting strict operational deadlines under the COO & CEO.
Employment Conditions
- Full-time position based in Umalas.
- Five-day working week.
- Three-month probation period.

Persyaratan Lowongan
- 2–5 years of experience in multi-location operations, hospitality, retail, fitness, sports clubs, restaurants, hotels, or a similar business.
- Strong implementation, coordination, inspection, and follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and communicate firmly but respectfully.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working English.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, video calls, and project trackers.
- Valid driving licence and own transportation.
- Willing to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally outside Bali.
