Deskripsi Lowongan

  • Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and lateness records.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes,includingjob posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, offering, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee administrative processes and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Prepare and issue Warning Letters (SP) in accordance with company regulations.
  • Maintain employee databases and personnel records.
  • Support daily HR operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies andlaborregulations.
  • Manage office operational needs and facilities.

Persyaratan Lowongan

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR is preferred. 
  • Understanding of HR administration, including managing employee attendance, listing facilities requirements, and preparing company documents.
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process (experience in head hunting candidates is an advantage). 
  • Experience in the IT Industry is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. 
  • Knowledge of labor law is an advantage.
