What You Will Do At Snap Innovations?
- Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and lateness records.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, offering, and onboarding.
- Handle employee administrative processes and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue Warning Letters (SP) in accordance with company regulations.
- Maintain employee databases and personnel records.
- Support daily HR operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage office operational needs and facilities.
