Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Operation Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) and will play a crucial role in assisting our English and Mandarin-speaking clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our financial products, and the ability to provide top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Will You Do At Snap Innovations?
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively address questions and concerns.
  • Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and company policies.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our services.
Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
