Job Description:
Overview: Communication Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of HeLa. This role is focused on driving social media strategy, managing public relations, and coordinating events to engage our community and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost HeLa’s online presence.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Build and nurture an online community of followers, influencers, and partners.
Public Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the blockchain and tech industries.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to ensure consistent and positive media coverage.
  • Manage incoming media inquiries and prepare executives for interviews and public appearances.
Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute HeLa’s participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Organize and manage HeLa-hosted events, from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our brand and communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners and sponsors to enhance event reach and impact.
  • Track event outcomes and provide post-event reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Content Development and Branding:
  • Ensure that all communication materials, including social media posts, press releases, and event collateral, align with HeLa’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content that supports our communication goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, public relations, and event planning.
  • Experience in the blockchain, tech, or gaming industries is a plus.
Skills:
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Strong media relations skills with a network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent event planning and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Requirements:
  • Passion for blockchain technology, web3, and the gaming industry.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive HeLa’s communication goals.
