The Business Development Admin is responsible for supporting the Business Development team by managing client administration, handling and tracking client requests, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of collection processes, preferably within a BPO environment, to ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Manage client administration, including client data and related documents.
- Receive, record, and distribute all incoming client requests to relevant internal teams.
- Monitor and follow up on client requests until completion.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database and request tracking.
- Assist in preparing Business Development supporting documents such as proposals, presentations, invoice support, and other administrative documents.
