- Supervise daily store/restaurant operations to ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead, guide, and manage the team (waiters, cashier, cooks, etc.)
- Ensure excellent customer service in line with company SOPs
- Monitor inventory and daily operational needs
- Prepare daily reports on sales, stock, and operational issues
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the store area
Persyaratan Lowongan
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Diploma degree (any major), preferably in Tourism & Hospitality / Hospitality Management
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and under a split shift system
- Placement in Central Jakarta
- Willing to work in a Non-Halal restaurant (PORK)
- Strong leadership, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Fresh graduates are not eligible for this position (only for positions 5 & 9)
