Persyaratan Lowongan
- Minimum Bachelor's in Psychology.
- At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment. (Preferably with experience in Outsourcing company)
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to analyze and assess candidate profiles effectively.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
