What You Will Do At Quant Matter?
• Able to run your own desk and manage your own profit and loss.
• Able to come up with new trading ideas, new algorithms and trading strategies.
• Able to improve current strategies.
• Able to develop new functionalities for existing trading platforms.
• Research financial markets, develop quantitative trading models and analyse results.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
• Any major is welcome, but a diploma, BS/MS/PhD in computer science,
mathematics, or quantitative financial modelling is a plus.
• Passion about algorithmic trading and HFT trading.
• A self-motivated and can-do attitude.
• Proven track of trading record.
• Coding skills will be a plus (C++ and Python).
• Have a broad understanding of macro-economic drives in the business environment.
• Preferable more than 5 years of experience in the financial industry.
