Take ownership of diverse tasks, adapting to various situations with efficiency and discretion.
Coordinate all arrangements, including client communications, bookings (hotels, flights, etc.), and other personal requirements (medicine, appointments, etc.).
Plan, organize, and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring punctuality and quality execution.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a professional representative of the Director.
Assist in managing confidential matters with the utmost professionalism.
Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to meet the Director’s needs.

Maximum age of 30 years old.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Personal Secretary.
Good looking and single.
Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in secretarial studies is preferred.
Flexibility and availability 24/7 to meet dynamic and time-sensitive demands.
Willingness to work long hours and travel on short notice.
Professional appearance with exceptional manners, exuding confidence and charm.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and diplomatic demeanor.
