  Responsibility:
  
  

  • Handle financial reporting and journal entries.
  • Perform tax administration in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain records of invoices and tax payments.
  • Create and update spreadsheets for daily transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Have experience working with auditors and tax agents.
  • Review and process reimbursement requests.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Finance Department.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Process internal and external payments and transactions.
  • Perform monthly cash inflow and outflow reconciliation.
  • Compile monthly bank statements

  
  Qualification:
  
  

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
  • Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud-based.
  • Strong understanding and experience in accounting, finance, treasury, and cash management.
  • Good understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21, 22, 23, 26, 4(2), and PPN).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Strong integrity, responsibility, and discipline in the workplace.
  • Hands-on, team-oriented, and proactive.
